These terms cover your use of Scrapyard Showdown at scrapyardshowdown.com(the “site” and the “game”). By entering the site and playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. A free social game
Scrapyard Showdown is a free-to-play social game provided for entertainment only. It is not a real-money casino, a betting or wagering service, or a gambling product, and we are not a gambling operator or an affiliate of one.
2. No real money, no prizes
- The game is played with virtual points that have no monetary value.
- There are no deposits, withdrawals, payments or purchases of any kind.
- Virtual points cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, exchanged or won as a prize, and they cannot be converted into money or anything of value.
- Nothing in the game can be cashed out.
3. You must be 18 or over
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you meet this age requirement. We ask you to confirm your age before playing.
4. Browser storage
To make the game work, we store a small amount of information in your browser, including your age confirmation, your storage choice and your game preferences. We explain this in our Cookies & Storage notice and our Privacy notice.
5. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its content except as allowed by law;
- misrepresent the game as a real-money or gambling product.
6. Availability
We offer the game “as is” and may update, pause or withdraw it at any time. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a free game that involves no money or items of value. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
